• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal.
• Conduct any automated use of the system, such as scraping or harvesting data.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are available on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Content

Our Service allows you to input information about products and receive analysis and insights. You retain all rights to the information you provide, but grant us a license to use this information to provide and improve our Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BuyerMind. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuyerMind, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments for our products and services are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payments, including billing, cancellations, and refunds. By purchasing through Paddle, you agree to their Buyer Terms.

10. Refund Policy

10.1 All Sales Are Final

All purchases of subscriptions or credits through BuyerMind are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or return payments once a purchase is completed.

10.2 Free Credits for Testing

To help you evaluate our services, we provide free credits for testing before any commitment is required. We encourage users to try these before purchasing a paid subscription.

10.3 Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

10.4 Paddle as Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All transactions are subject to Paddle's terms, which you can read here: Paddle Buyer Terms.

10.5 Force Majeure Circumstances

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, governmental actions, or other similar events that significantly impact our ability to provide services, the following applies:

• Force majeure events do not automatically entitle users to refunds of subscription fees or credits.
• Each case will be evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances, duration of service interruption, and impact on service delivery.
• BuyerMind reserves the right to make determinations regarding partial refunds, service credits, or subscription extensions at its sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
